The role
You'll work under the immediate supervision of the Senior Technical Writer/Business Analyst to maintain and create technical documentation such as user guides, use cases, business requirements, and reference manuals. You'll partner with users, developers, and IT staff to translate complex technical information into clear documentation, while managing the IT System Documentation Library and supporting business analysis activities. This is a full-time, 100% remote position, though some travel may be required, and you must reside within the United States.
