Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Introduction
These terms cover your use of the CaveJobs website. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CaveJobs, and “you” means anyone who visits the board or has an account.
By using CaveJobs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the board.
2. Who We Are
CaveJobs is a job board for content writing and marketing roles. Contact us through our contact page.
3. What We Do
We find and publish job listings. We are not a staffing agency or recruiter, and we do not run background checks.
We make no guarantee of employment, job placement, interviews, replies or any other outcome. Using CaveJobs does not create an employment relationship with us.
We do not receive your application or anything you send an employer. When you apply, you leave CaveJobs and deal with that employer on their own site.
4. Listings
Employers write the listings, not us. We decide which ones go on the board, but that does not make us their author, and we do not create, endorse or vouch for any employer or role.
Listings can be outdated, mislabeled or fraudulent. Verify the job and the company yourself before you apply or share personal details.
Some listings or links may be paid for. We label them. Paying does not guarantee a listing is accepted, and we may refuse or remove any listing. A paid placement is not a recommendation, and we are not affiliated with advertisers.
Listings are shown newest first, except promoted listings, which are placed first and labeled.
To report a scam, an expired listing or a misleading one, use the report button on the job page. People review reports, and we may remove or close the listing, but we do not guarantee that a report leads to a removal. You agree we are not liable for removing, or not removing, a listing.
5. Summaries
Each role comes with an AI-generated summary of the experience asked for, the tools, the salary and how to apply. It is our content, not the employer's.
Summaries can be wrong. Always check the employer's own listing before you apply or decide anything based on what you read here.
Any match or ranking we show you is a guide and does not predict whether you will be hired.
Nothing on the board is career, legal, immigration or financial advice.
6. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to have an account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your email account secure and do not share your access.
You can delete your account from your settings. It is deleted after 30 days, and signing in again before then cancels it.
If you have a subscription, deleting your account also cancels it at the end of the period you have paid for. You are signed out right away, and we do not refund the rest of the period.
We may close an account at any time. If we close a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for, pro rata.
The privacy policy says what we keep after deletion.
7. Membership and Payment
Access to the full board is a paid subscription. Prices are on the pricing page.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY. By subscribing you authorize a recurring charge, monthly or yearly as you chose, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Each renewal is at the price then in effect. The amount, the frequency and the renewal are shown before you check out, and your renewal date is in your dashboard.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, as easily as you subscribed. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
- If the price changes, we tell you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until it is resolved.
- If we retire your plan, we will tell you and either move you across or keep your price. Kept prices do not survive a cancellation.
Whop is our payment processor. It takes payment and holds your payment details, and its buyer terms apply to the payment. We never see your card.
8. Free Trial and Refunds
All sales are final. We offer a free trial so you can see if the board is for you. If it is not, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
We do not offer refunds for this purpose. Once you are charged, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, unless we close your account for abuse (section 9). This does not limit any rights you have by law.
If you start a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account until it is resolved.
When you subscribe, you ask us to start your membership straight away. We may discontinue free trials at any time.
9. What You May Not Do
You may not:
- Scrape or crawl our listings or summaries, or copy or republish them on another site, board, newsletter or channel, by hand or with a tool.
- Sell, license or charge for access to our listings or summaries.
- Feed our listings or summaries into a dataset or model, including to train any machine-learning system.
- Open more than one account, including to take the free trial again.
- Share your account or paid content.
- Work around the paywall, rate limits or bot protection.
- Reverse engineer or probe the site.
- Use the board to build a competing product.
- Impersonate or harass anyone.
- Send spam through the board, or upload malware or other harmful code.
- Use the board for anything unlawful, such as posting a scam, or collecting people's data under the guise of a job offer.
- Pay with a stolen, fraudulent or unauthorized card or payment method.
- Mass-collect data about the people named in listings.
Search engines and AI tools that our robots.txt admits may index and cite our public pages, if they credit CaveJobs as the source and link back to the page.
We watch for abuse and block it. If you break these rules or use an account fraudulently, we may close it without notice and without a refund.
10. Copyright and Content
The board, our summaries, the CaveJobs name and the site design belong to us. Membership gives you personal access and does not let you redistribute them.
Membership is for your own personal job search, not commercial use. If you use your membership to resell, license or republish our listings, we will restrict or close your account.
Job descriptions belong to the employers who wrote them. Company names and logos belong to those companies and show who is hiring. They do not mean the company endorses us.
You keep ownership of what you send us, such as reports, feedback and testimonials, and you let us use it to run and improve the board.
We may quote a testimonial or a public comment about CaveJobs and credit it the way you gave it. Ask us to take it down and we will.
If you own a mark and want it removed, use our contact page and we will take it down.
If you believe something here infringes your copyright, use our contact page and include the work you say is infringed, where it is on our site, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
We remove material we believe in good faith is infringing and close repeat infringers' accounts.
11. Warranty and Liability
THE BOARD IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT PROMISE IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT ANY LISTING OR SUMMARY IS ACCURATE, OR THAT IT WILL GET YOU A JOB.
We may change or discontinue features.
The board relies on third-party providers. Their own terms apply to you when you use them, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes or discontinuation.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, LOST EARNINGS OR OPPORTUNITIES, SCAM OR INACCURATE LISTINGS, HARM FROM SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH AN EMPLOYER, OR ANYTHING ELSE BETWEEN YOU AND AN EMPLOYER YOU FOUND HERE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.
To the extent the law allows, you will defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the board, your violation of someone else's rights, or content you submit.
12. Changes and the Rest
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you, by email or on the site. If you keep using CaveJobs after a change, you accept the new version. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using it.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
When an account is closed, the parts of these terms that by their nature should continue do so: sections 4, 5 and 10 (listings, summaries, copyright), 11 (warranty and liability), 13 (disputes) and this section 12.
You and we are independent parties. These terms create no partnership, agency or employment relationship.
You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages, cyberattacks or failures of third-party providers.
By using CaveJobs you agree to receive notices from us electronically, and clicking to accept these terms is your electronic signature.
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us. If they disagree about personal data, the privacy policy controls.
13. Disputes
If you have a dispute with us, contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days.
Any claim you bring against us must be started within one year after it arises, or it is barred. This applies to the extent the law allows.
If we cannot, you and we agree to resolve it only through binding arbitration, on an individual basis.
Neither of us may bring or join a class, collective or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by telling us through our contact page.
14. Contact
Questions or legal notices: use our contact page. For how we handle your data, see the privacy policy.
