CaveJobs is the premier destination for hard-to-find content jobs that never leave social media or even make it to a job board. And no, this is not just another unmonitored job aggregator.
We manually comb the internet for freelance gigs and remote content jobs posted directly by Founders, CMOs, Content Leads, and even solopreneurs. We specifically find these jobs on social feeds and direct career pages. Every listing is vetted.
We share mostly writing, marketing or content-adjacent roles. This means we may not always have volume, but we've definitely got quality :)

there are a handful of other content writing and marketing job boards and roundups out there. why are you any different?
In our job alerts, we include:
- Specific experience requirements. Not a vague “3 years” or “Mid-level”. You’ll get notes like “2 years managing other writers” or “4 years at a media agency” so you know instantly if you qualify.
- The hard skills you need for the job, specific tools (AirOps, Claude, Asana, etc.), and soft skills (like time management or client-facing comms). You can spot what’s missing from your background before you click.
- Salary range and benefits when they exist (or don’t). You’ll also see unscheduled rates like “$ per word” or “$$$ for six months”, instead of the regular hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly ones.
- The hiring contact’s name, role, email and LinkedIn (when we can find it) so you’re not pitching blind. Knowing if you’re reaching out to a Content Manager or a Founder changes how you pitch.
- Company summary and industry. What they do and the space they operate in.
- A clearer application path, like whether it’s an ATS, a simple form or something else.
- Hidden application requirements you’d normally miss: record a video, add BANANA to your subject line, contract-only (no benefits), etc.

are these fully-remote roles?
Some roles may be location-specific, but you can use the filters to check. We make sure to tag otherwise and we also post location agnostic roles as well.
