Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Introduction

This policy explains how CaveJobs collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the CaveJobs website. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CaveJobs, and “you” means anyone who visits the board or has an account.

By using CaveJobs, you agree to this privacy policy.

2. Who We Are

CaveJobs is a job board for content writing and marketing roles. Contact us through our contact page.

3. What We Collect

3.1 What You Give Us

  • Account: your email address and name. You sign in with an emailed code or through Whop.
  • Your choices on the board: jobs you read, apply to, report, save or hide, and the preferences you set when you join.

3.2 What We Collect Automatically

  • Account activity: sign-in records and membership updates.
  • Usage and device data: once you create an account, your IP address, browser and device identifiers, the pages you visit and the searches you run.

3.3 What We Get From Third Parties

If you sign in or pay through Whop, we receive your name and email address, and your membership details: plan, billing cycle and whether it is active or set to cancel. Whop handles your payment, so we never see your card details.

If you connect Slack, we receive your Slack member ID and link it to your account, so we can add you to the job alerts channel, send you personalized alerts by direct message, and remove you when you disconnect.

We do not receive your job applications (applying happens on the employer's own site), we never see your card details, and we do not sell your data.

CaveJobs is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

6. People Named in Listings

Some listings include the name and public contact details of the person hiring, taken from what they already made public. We show them to members so they can reach you about that job, and use them for nothing else. We do not sell them. If you are named and want it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal data we hold about you
  • correct data that is wrong

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. They are always on.

Performance and marketing cookies are off until you accept. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep them off and do not ask.
