The role

Runbooks, SOPs and disaster recovery plans for a large federal and DoD IT environment are what you'll be writing and keeping current. It's a fully remote US role, with a catch: you need an active Secret clearance or higher and an ITIL v4 Foundation certificate before you start. Expect Section 508 formatting, audit-ready version control and plenty of back-and-forth with engineers and cybersecurity staff.
