About our Client:
A full-service marketing, technology, and creative studio that delivers web development, SEO, paid media, social media, and email/print campaigns alongside in-house product and model photo/video production. They operate an end-to-end content pipeline—from capture and editing to deployment—supporting e-commerce and brand growth across digital channels.

✍ Short Description:
We’re hiring a Visual Content Assistant (Photoshop & Quality Control) to support quality delivery of visual assets across photo, video, and marketing projects. You will review media against brand and technical standards, perform light Photoshop edits, ensure all deliverables are complete and on time, and package final assets for client handoff. The role also includes maintaining asset hygiene, tracking project status, and assisting with basic operational tasks to keep workflows running smoothly.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Intermediate-advanced English (B2+)
⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Review images and videos to confirm accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • Execute light Photoshop edits (resizing, background cleanup, minor adjustments, basic color corrections).
  • Track project statuses, flag risks, and ensure on-time delivery of complete asset sets.
  • Verify that all required media files are present and properly packaged for client delivery.
  • Draft clear delivery emails and handoff notes for clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain file hygiene (naming/versioning/exports) and support basic office tasks (data entry, product uploads).

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a graphic design, post-production, or quality-focused visual role.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop for light retouching and production edits.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, for client-facing delivery notes and internal updates.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a structured, quality-driven workflow within creative/production environments.

If you have experience in the jewelry industry is a great plus!
