Technical Editor

The role

You'll write, edit and review the material the company publishes about its own systems, including model cards, risk reports and safety and security reports, working with Alignment, Interpretability, Safeguards, Policy and Legal. It asks for strong writing and editing, a portfolio explaining technical subjects to non-specialists, and familiarity with how frontier AI systems are trained and evaluated. Hybrid in San Francisco or New York, in the office at least 25% of the time, $265K to $295K.
