Substack Content Manager

The role

You'll manage a growing Substack newsletter, turning rough drafts and ideas into polished posts, editing and publishing consistently, and handling basic reader engagement. The founder provides the overall strategy and direction, so you'll focus on execution, repurposing content, tracking performance, and bringing your own ideas to help the newsletter grow. This is a contract, remote role where you'll work directly with the founder.
