Substack Content Manager

Looking to hire someone to manage my Substack. I'll provide the overall strategy, ideas, and direction. I'm looking for someone who can take care of the execution:

• Turn ideas/rough drafts into crisp posts
• Edit, format, and publish on Substack
• Maintain consistency with publishing
• Handle basic engagement with readers
• Repurpose existing ideas when relevant
• Keep an eye on what's working
• Bring your own ideas for improving and growing the Substack

You don't need to build the entire strategy from scratch, I'll provide that. I'm mainly looking for someone who understands content, writes well, is consistent, and can take ownership of the execution.
