Social Media Coordinator

Nikore Associates is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

We are an economics research and public policy consulting firm working across gender, women's economic participation, care economy, childcare, MSMEs, sustainability, inclusive development and more.

What you'll work on

• Lead Nikore Associates' LinkedIn strategy, content calendar, posting and community management
• Manage and grow the social media channels of Mitali Nikore across platforms
• Develop content, captions and posts for Nikore Associates and Mitali Nikore
• Translate research and policy insights into clear, engaging social media content
• Design graphics, carousels, event visuals, data visuals and infographics
• Support personal branding and thought leadership through social media
• Monitor trends, engagement and relevant conversations across platforms
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content or digital communications
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Understanding of LinkedIn's features, algorithm and best practices
• Experience creating social media content and graphics
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and research into clear, engaging content
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines and stakeholders
• Interest in economics, public policy or development is a plus
