- Writing content for our clients' social media content calendars.
- Adapting your voice to match different creators.
- Maintaining content quality even on high-volume days.
This is NOT a fixed 9-5. Let's be upfront about that.
If you thrive with autonomy, enjoy learning, & don't need hand-holding, you'll fit right in. If you need constant supervision & predictability to function, this probably isn't the right fit.

What we expect from you (Culture Fit):
- In a remote setup, trust is everything. We don't have the luxury of seeing your screen 24/7. Your word has to mean something.
- Respect Deadlines. Not because someone's watching, but because you actually care about the work.
- You don't need to be pushed or constantly monitored. You push yourself.
- We actively encourage the use of AI, but it can only boost your efficiency. The right candidate has to be a true writer at heart.
- Can handle chaos without the quality of their work suffering.
What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?
- Proven track record of cracking organic algorithms with data-backed results.
- Quick learner with an ability to grasp new concepts fast & unlearn old concepts where needed
- Deep understanding of content trends on social media
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify why certain scripts/formats work & why they stop working
- Strategic mindset for testing new writing styles & content formats to optimize performance
- Proficiency in AI tools with a clear understanding of when & how to use them (including percentage of AI usage vs manual work)
What’s Necessary?
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of social media writing experience.
- Proof of published work: Links, portfolio, screenshots.
- Availability as per Indian Standard Time
- A desire to learn best practices & stay updated with the latest trends.
- Brownie points for agency experience.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written English) and collaboration skills.
