We're hiring four freelancers to help us scale Exceed's presence across LinkedIn, SEO, and YouTube:

- An SEO content writer (6 articles/month)

- A YouTube scriptwriter / strategist (4 videos/month)

- A YouTube video editor (4 videos/month)

- A LinkedIn content writer (4-6 posts/week)

YouTube Scriptwriter / Strategist

You'll ideate and script 4 YouTube videos per month for Exceed's channel, aimed at B2B SaaS founders and marketing leaders.

Josef and Eddie is on camera. You make sure we have something worth saying — structured, engaging, and built to perform. You'll bring video ideas and turn them into tight scripts that respect our audience's time.

What you'll do: propose 4 video concepts/month, write full scripts with hooks, structure, and CTAs, and iterate based on channel feedback.

What we're looking for: YouTube scriptwriting experience (B2B preferred), an understanding of what makes content retain viewers, and a knack for translating complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.

Here's what the journey looks like:

  1. We review your application and assess your track record and company culture fit
  2. Chat with the founders – You'll talk with Josef & Eddie about your background and how you approach your marketing channel
  3. SEO Strategy Assignment – A short paid task where you show how your process and quality standards.
  4. Final interview – We'll discuss your assignment, answer questions, and talk about comp, timeline, and next steps.
  5. Virtual coffee with the team – Meet our team in a relaxed setting and get a feel for how we work.
  6. Welcome aboard! – Once everything's aligned, we'll schedule your onboarding and start getting to work.
