About the Role

We're hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to join our team at Elastic. This role is perfect for someone who loves building and optimizing social strategies while creating engaging content that connects with audiences.

What You'll Do

Social Strategy

• Build and optimize social media strategies across platforms
• Develop data-driven approaches to increase engagement and reach
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates

Content Creation

• Create short-form video content for social media
• Design and update graphic templates for brand consistency
• Write compelling social copy across multiple platforms and formats

Content Management

• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all social channels
• Monitor and respond to community engagement

What We're Looking For

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms
• Proficiency in creating short-form video content
• Experience with graphic design tools and template creation
• Strategic mindset with ability to analyze and optimize performance
