ÂŁ35,000 - ÂŁ40,000 GBP yearly
B2B Content Marketing, AI and Automation, Project Management

Happy new year! 🥳 There are many things that I'm excited about for the year ahead, and a big one is growing the team here at Content 10x.

We're hiring for 3 roles right now, all remote:

- Content Writer: Full-time (part-time considered). 3+ years professional experience as a content writer, ideally within a B2B agency.

- Marketing Operations Manager: Full-time or part-time. 5+ years proven project/ops management experience in an agency setting (B2B content marketing preferred).

- Marketing Manager - part-time (c15 hrs per week) and fixed term (3 months) - A hands-on role supporting our own marketing projects and BAU activity. Not entry-level, but also not a fractional CMO / leadership role. Ideal for someone with experience marketing a B2B agency - it's not a creative role, it's more on the planning and coordination side of things.

Details regarding the first 2 roles mentioned are here [click apply]

The 3rd role will be on our website from early next week so if you're interested watch this space!

If you’re interested please apply, if you know someone who might be a great fit, please share. Thanks!

Marketing Operations Manager

If you love planning, organising, ticking off tasks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this one’s for you. You’ll be the engine behind our client service delivery - managing timelines, coordinating internal teams, communicating with clients, and making sure work gets done efficiently, accurately, and on time. Think ClickUp boards, quality checks, deadline chasing, and smooth client comms… not creating social posts or brainstorming campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our writing and creative teams to keep projects moving, people aligned, and clients delighted. We’re after someone who thrives in a process-driven role, loves the detail, and wants to build a career in marketing operations. If you get a buzz from being the one who keeps everything on track, we want to hear from you.

This role is fully remote and can be full-time or we'll consider part-time (25-30 hrs per week). Please note there are core hours to be worked across Mon-Fri (5 days per week) with flexibility around the core hours.

Marketing Operations Manager

You are a highly organised, detail-driven Marketing Operations Manager who wants to own our client service delivery. You make our operations run smoothly and efficiently, and our clients happy.

Your Role

This remote full-time or part-time (25-30 hrs/wk across Mon-Fri) is the engine room of our client services. You’ll ensure every project hits deadlines, systems operate without a hitch, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Reporting into our CEO & Founder you are the glue that keeps everything together. Your superpower is getting the right things done, in the right order, to a high standard. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Manage client onboarding and all project logistics from kick-off to delivery
  • Setting up work and tracking timelines, dependencies, and deadlines inside ClickUp - reporting on team capacity and progress
  • Brief internal creative and writing teams plus freelancers, keep outputs on track, review for quality (against QA checklists)
  • Build and maintain our SOPs, templates, and ClickUp cards
  • Publish content on our clients’ websites and social media channels, as well as our own - accurately and on time
  • Communicate with our clients on a regular basis - keeping them updated on work status, and helping to grow strong, lasting relationships with them
  • Bringing AI into our systems and processes in order to make us faster and more efficient, enabling us to improve our deliverables and overall client satisfaction without compromising on quality
  • Line management of 1 direct report - coaching and development

This Role is NOT For:

  • Those wanting to own strategy or create content - you focus on delivery, not ideation
  • Anyone bogged down by drama or ego - we keep it positive and collaborative
  • People who freeze under deadlines or curve balls

What You’ll Use:

  • ClickUp (if you have experience with Trello, Asana, Basecamp that will be useful)
  • WordPress (content posting skills a big bonus)
  • Buffer, HubSpot, SproutSocial (social scheduling tools)
  • Descript, Riverside (video editing basics)
  • ConvertKit (email management)
  • Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc.)
  • Slack & Zoom (remote team comms)

You’re Perfect For This If You:

  • Think in checklists, not chaos
  • Are detail-obsessed - typos, misaligned images and errors don’t get past you
  • Love systems, deadlines, structure and process
  • Communicate clearly
  • You genuinely enjoy communicating with clients and developing strong working relationships with them
  • Are tech-savvy - new tools excite (don’t stress) you
  • Use AI to streamline how you work - you love learning new ways to use AI
  • Are a problem solver and an independent self-starter. Everything is figure-outable! You’ll get onto ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, YouTube etc, to solve a problem
  • Enjoy coaching and like building team and client trust
  • Have 5+ years’ proven project/ops management (agency/B2B content marketing a bonus)
  • Can handle fast-paced, multi-project environments

Success Looks Like:

  • Happy, repeat clients (measured by NPS and retention)
  • Scalable, efficient systems and processes
  • Projects delivered - on time, on spec

What We Offer:

  • Up to ÂŁ35k-ÂŁ40k full-time for 37.5 hrs (pro-rata for part time) depending on directly relevant experience (UK-based employees)
  • Fully remote - work from anywhere, core UK hours
  • 29 days holiday (pro-rata), birthday off
  • ½ day off work every month for ‘life admin’ (pro rata for part time)
  • A well-being hour once a month to focus on personal well-being
  • Pension, health cash-back, discounts, outings (for UK-based employees)
  • Fun, motivated, genuinely supportive team

Our notional HQ is Manchester, UK, but our team is spread across multiple locations, working remotely using Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp to collaborate. We have in-person team meet-ups

You will be an important part of a growing agency and close-knit team that puts its clients first at all times, but one that also recognises and rewards the hard work and professionalism of its staff.

We will take applications from people based outside of the UK as long as you are fluent in English and in a timezone within 2 hrs of GMT and willing to work GMT core working hrs.

Applications from outside of the UK would be considered on contractor basis (as opposed to employee - and the above listed employee benefits would not all be included).

Reference checks will be conducted for successful candidates.
