What you'll do:

• Come up with content ideas that make people stop mid-scroll (not mid-yawn)
• Write captions, plan posts, and spot trends before they become "remember when?"
• Learn, test, fail, fix, repeat

Who you are:

• 1 year of experience in branding/social media/copy, bonus if you know basic editing
• Creative enough to make a Monday feel less like a Monday
• Smart, quick, and hungry to learn
• Someone who says "my bad, fixing it" instead of "the algorithm did it"

What you get:

• ₹10,000/month stipend
