You'll lead the company's organic acquisition strategy across Europe, owning technical SEO, high-intent content, and digital authority while building a visibility framework for AI search engines like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Data, Product, and Content, you'll scale organic traffic from 10k to 100k+ and pioneer the company's approach to AI search visibility. This full-time hybrid role is based in Berlin or Barcelona and requires 4+ years of SEO experience in high-growth tech or fintech.
