Senior Technical Writer

The role

SDK, CLI and REST API docs for a cloud identity platform are the core of this Canadian remote seat, written for both developers and admins. You'll sit between engineering, product, QA and support teams, reviewing API documentation with developers and using customer feedback to decide what to fix next. GenAI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT are expected as part of the documentation workflow, and the first week of onboarding is in person in the office.
