Here's what I'd want to know if I were in your shoes: We're a team of good people, thinking deeply, doing solid work. We think in the "we" not "I." We work with "partners" not "accounts." We're marketing agnostic — we do what's best for the client, not what we like to do. We're a B2B2C shop working in important verticals: healthcare, tech, and professional services.
As for you: this isn't a channel role. You're not going to just own social, paid, or content. You're going to manage client partnerships and deliver strategy, campaigns, content, email, PR, web, and whatever else we recommend that week. Broad is good.
We're looking for someone with 4-8 years of B2B experience. Agency or in-house. Ideally you've been on a small team wearing all the hats. If your background is deep in one marketing lane, this won't be a fit.
Our clients want a POV. They want someone who walks in with a recommendation, can rationalize it, and then goes and executes it. If you thrive when given clear direction, you'll be frustrated here. If you get energized by figuring it out and running with it, you'll love it.
