The role
You'll join the company's Bid team as a Proposal Writer, developing and rewriting persuasive content for complex bid responses that put learning materials into more classrooms. You'll build and maintain proposal templates and a content library, drive new template formats with the design team, and lead assigned bids end to end from kickoff to submission. This full-time hybrid role requires 4+ years of proposal writing or capture management experience and a bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field. You'll work across Sales, Creative, and Leadership, with occasional off-hours work to meet deadlines.
