About This Role 

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and support the smooth running of our programs and student experience. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of coordination, communication, and execution. You will work closely with the founder and collaborate with the rest of the team to make sure students, facilitators, and internal processes are all moving in the right direction. 

The right person for this role is not just someone who can follow instructions. We want someone who thinks ahead, figures things out independently, and brings structure to wherever they work. 

What You Will Do 

• Support the planning and coordination of programs and initiatives across the team • Manage internal and external communications across multiple stakeholders • Maintain operational records, trackers, and systems 

• Contribute to process documentation and improvement 

• Take on additional operational tasks as the business evolves

Your written English is strong. You are direct, professional, and warm when communicating with students and colleagues. 

● Fully available 

This is a full-time role and we need someone who can commit to it as their primary focus. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in operations, coordination, administration, or a similar role • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools 

• Background in EdTech, content marketing, or community-driven environments • Experience managing group communications or online communities
