The role
You'll lead the company's email newsletter and messaging strategy, owning flagship products and partnering with newsroom teams to grow audience, deepen engagement, and support revenue. Working remotely from anywhere in the US except Alaska, Hawaii, and Wyoming, you'll coach journalists, run experiments, and collaborate with AI leads to strengthen messaging efficiency. This is a full-time senior role on the newly reimagined audience team, requiring mandatory journalism experience.
