Runnr.ai is a hospitality technology AI startup on a mission to become the global leader in automating guest interactions for the hospitality industry. We provide automated customer service solutions to hotels via WhatsApp and other channels, using Large Language Models (AI) and deep integrations to streamline guest communication.

You will join a young, ambitious, and data-driven team in the heart of Utrecht. Our founders and core team bring experience from leading tech companies like Booking.com and Catawiki. You’ll be part of an extremely fast-growing and innovative product that is changing how the world travels.

The Role

As our Marketing & AI Automation Intern, you won't just be "learning" marketing; you will be building it. You will support our growth in the Benelux and UK markets, and help prepare our launch into France and Spain later this year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Founder Personal Branding: Create high-impact content for our founders on LinkedIn. This includes writing compelling copy, designing presentations, and generating visual assets (images/video).
• AI Automation: We believe in working smart. You will identify and implement ways to automate marketing workflows using AI tools (e.g., automated content distribution, research, or lead scraping).
• Content Production: Produce high-quality content for Runnr.ai’s official channels. You will have the opportunity to manage and collaborate with freelancers/contractors for specialized design or video work.
• Product Knowledge (Answer Library): Support our content projects, such as improving and expanding our "Answer Library" to ensure our AI models and marketing materials are top-notch.
• Field & Partnership Marketing: Help execute field marketing events and build campaigns with our strategic partners to increase our footprint in the hospitality tech space.

Who You Are

• AI-First Mindset: You are obsessed with efficiency. You already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Zapier and love finding ways to automate "boring" tasks.
• Creative Storyteller: You have a talent for writing and a sharp eye for design. You can translate complex AI tech into clear, engaging benefits for hoteliers.
• Fluent in English: Since we focus on the Benelux and UK, your English (written and verbal) must be excellent. Proficiency in Dutch, French, or Spanish is a major plus.
• Proactive & Ambitious: You thrive in a startup environment where you take ownership and don't wait for a task list.
