This job position is for a specific type of writer.

It's for someone who's been ghostwriting long enough to have strong opinions about what makes a piece of writing work — and who gets genuinely annoyed when something doesn't.

You've probably ghostwritten, edited, worked in journalism or content strategy, or spent years in copywriting. The path doesn't matter. What matters is that you're already good and you have the portfolio to back it up.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

You'll write LinkedIn content and newsletters for a variety of executive clients — technical founders, consultants, elite coaches, high-ticket practitioners — in their voice, connected to their offers, designed to attract the right audience.

The work is research-first. Every client is a specialist. Before you write anything, you read their IP, mine our existing call transcripts, interview them for added context, understand their buyers, and can follow our content strategies.

You'll handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Voice discipline is the core skill.

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳:

+ You think about the job of every post before you write anything
+ You can research a new niche and write about it with authority in 1-2 weeks
+ You read something good and immediately know why it worked
+ You understand branding and/or marketing
+ You've written for B2B or professional audiences (required!)

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳:

+ You've been ghostwriting for under 2 years
+ We're not hiring an agency: we're hiring an employee to join us
+ Disappearing into an unfamiliar niche for two days to understand it properly sounds tedious and wasteful

→ A full client roster from day one — no pitching, no dry months
→ Autonomy over how you structure your work
→ Rate increases for strong performance
→ Potential share of client contracts as your contribution grows

You'll work directly with me (Jason Dellatolla) and Milanie.

Fair warning on both of us: she will out-organize you, and I will have opinions about your first drafts. Neither of us will waste your time. We've scaled Graewolves into something we're genuinely proud of and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building what comes next.
