Land and Rural Real Estate Writer

The role

You'll write knowledgeably about land, not houses—covering ranches, farms, hunting ground, and raw acreage. You'll produce state-specific guides on buying and selling land, property profiles, financing, ownership and management topics, and market trend interviews. This is a freelance contract starting around October/November, and you'll need genuine expertise and samples in the land or rural real-estate niche.
