Land and Rural Real Estate Writer

We're looking for a freelance writer that lives and breathes land, NOT houses, LAND. If you can write knowledgeably about ranches, farms, hunting ground, and raw acreage, we want to talk to you.

We're looking for a freelance writer who specializes in rural real estate and land ownership, someone who's comfortable writing about:

• Buying and selling land (state-specific guides, market conditions, closing processes).
• Ranch, farm, and recreational property profiles.
• Land value, land loans, and financing.
• Land ownership and management (habitat, timber, conservation, hunting leases).
• Rural real estate market trends and broker/industry interviews.
• The land lifestyle more broadly, what draws people to owning acreage in the first place.

This is NOT residential real estate. We need someone who understands water rights, easements, acreage pricing, and why a 40-acre parcel in Montana is a completely different conversation than a 40-acre parcel in Texas.
