💰 Manage an eight figure ARR book of business with 1500+ members
🧾 5+ years of full cycle retention & sales experience
🤖 Data & AI expert. Our goal is to help and connect members with what they need before they need it.
🧤 Building out a white glove renewal process
🚀 Ideal candidate has managed & played a role in large scale community or membership business
✈️ Down to build the plane while it flies. We do things in three days that takes most companies three months
🌴 Miami based or hybrid

This job will be extremely demanding. You will work harder than you ever have and is not for the faint of heart. But this will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do in your career and has potential to be your last job.
