Lineup Publishing is looking for a:

Content Production Coordinator to join our team remotely.

📌 CET ±3 hours, optional hybrid from Malta.

This is the operational backbone of our content team — you'll own the full production workflow from brief creation to QA, manage a pool of freelance writers, and keep everything running on time and to standard.

What you'll do:

- Create content briefs from templates and keyword data

- Assign and manage writer workload across the freelance pool

- Monitor the pipeline daily — chasing deadlines, flagging blockers, escalating where needed

- Run QA checks and support weekly SEO audits

- Source, recruit, and onboard new freelance writers

- Handle freelancer invoice processing

You're a great fit if you have:

✅Experience in content production, project management, or editorial ops

✅Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing and iGaming

✅Excellent English (written and verbal)

✅Familiarity with SEO workflows, keyword-driven briefs, and on-page fundamentals

✅Experience with tools like Monday.com and WordPress

This is a high-volume environment — ideal for someone who thrives on process, detail, and keeping a lot of moving parts in order.
