Freelance Social Media Editor and Manager

We're looking for a freelance Social Media Editor & Manager to join us for a very busy few weeks in October.

From 10–29 October, Luke Nutting and I will be on the road for our Tech Roadshow, travelling around New Zealand, running events and filming plenty of content along the way.

Think roadshow meets Kiwi road trip: bungy jumps, skydives, coffee reviews, local activities, quirky stops, challenges, trends and plenty of behind-the-scenes chaos.

We need someone who can take the raw footage from each day and turn it into polished, engaging short-form content with a same-day or next-morning turnaround.

The role can be done remotely from anywhere in New Zealand, but for the right person, we'd also be open to flying you in and having you come on the entire road trip with us - with travel, accommodation and expenses covered.

You'll need to have strong experience with Reels/TikTok-style editing, understand pacing, hooks, captions and trends, and be confident taking ownership without needing every post mapped out for you.

This is a paid freelance contractor role, and availability from 10–29 October is essential.
