Hiring: Freelance Copywriter — VEE Collective

VEE Collective is looking for a freelance copywriter to join our team on a monthly retainer basis, starting immediately.

We are a Berlin-born, New York-headquartered accessories brand building something with real staying power. Our bags are carried across continents and our voice needs to travel just as well — sharp, warm, confident, and unmistakably ours. We are in the process of defining a new brand voice and we're looking for a writer who can help bring it to life.
This is not a fill-in-the-template role. We believe great copy is what separates the good brands from the iconic ones. We need someone who treats copywriting as a true craft — who understands rhythm, brevity, and the difference between describing a product and making someone feel something about it.

The Work
You'll write across every customer touchpoint, briefed monthly against our marketing calendar. That includes: email campaigns (12–14 per month), Meta ad copy (20–40+ unique variations per month), Google Adwords sitelinks, product descriptions, website and landing page copy, SMS, social captions, collaboration and partnership launch copy, and event-related communications. Each month brings a structured brief covering seasonal themes, product stories, and commercial priorities — and every word you write needs to earn its place.

What We're Looking For
A natural storyteller with a portfolio that proves it. Someone who can write a punchy subject line and a nuanced product description with equal ease. Someone who understands that brand voice isn't a style guide — it's a feeling that compounds across hundreds of touchpoints. Experience writing for fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
