đ Hi! I'm looking for a sharp *freelance* content producer to help run day-to-day strategy and production for YouTube/video assets. Youâll help get videos made and ensure our pipeline of ideas stays full and in motion, partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors to get it done. (You do not have to be a video editor or filmmaker to do this work, but you'll be coordinating with folks who do create videos.)
I'm looking for someone whoâs excellent at project and stakeholder management, a crystal-clear communicator, adept at keeping creative work movingâand who knows how to plug into what's in progress and think about what should come next.
What youâll do
- Own logistics for YouTube and video projects from brief â production â delivery, managing feedback loops and sign-offs with precision
- Help plan content, briefs, and scripts, with an eye for substance, impact, and quality
- Act as the connective tissue between internal stakeholders and external vendors, content creators, and creative partners
- Keep briefs tight, timelines realistic, contracts moving, and calendars clean
- Provide steady, detail- and quality-oriented production support across the creative content team
- Plug into existing production systems and make them better through clear ownership, efficiency creation, and systems thinking
This person may also have opportunities to work on photography/illustration asset coordination/orchestration, so flexibility around what you know how to get done is a plus.
The nitty gritty...
- Freelance, ~10 hours/week, possibly a bit more
- 3-month engagement, with potential to extend
- Must be available during U.S. PT working hours
- Must be Slack / Asana fluent
