What You’ll Do:
•Own client relationships – Be the main point of contact for brands, ensuring seamless communication and strong partnerships.
•Develop & execute email strategies Work with our team to craft high-performing flows and campaigns that drive revenue.
•Analyze & optimize – Dive into Klaviyo data to refine segmentation, deliverability, and conversion rates.
•Coordinate with creatives – Ensure email designs and copy align with brand goals and best practices.
•Keep clients ahead of the curve – Proactively suggest new strategies and insights that help brands scale.
What We’re Looking For:
•Experience in email marketing & Klaviyo (agency or in-house).
•Strong client management & communication skills.
•Strategic thinker who understands retention marketing.
•Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
•Ability to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
