We seek a Digital Marketing Lead to own and execute our digital communications across all channels.
This is a strategic-operational hybrid: you'll have accountability for digital performance while managing digital content production, optimization, and team coordination.
You will translate our brand strategy into compelling digital content, manage our content ecosystem (writers, social agency), and continuously optimize based on data.
You will be successful in this role if you thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable building structure, not just operating within it. You are a translator between strategy and execution, taking high-level direction and running with it. You have high standards but ship consistently, you know when "good enough" is appropriate. You are data-informed but not paralyzed — you make decisions quickly and adjust. You are genuinely curious about open finance and financial inclusion.

6-month initial with high potential for extension
