Creative Strategist and Direct-Response Copywriter

The role

You'll join the company as a second creative strategist, writing direct-response video ad scripts that drive sales for an account spending around €500,000 per month on Meta Ads. Working fully remotely within Europe, you'll research angles from reviews and comments, write complete scripts with hooks, bodies, and CTAs in German (and soon English), and manage your own pipeline from testing to scaling. You'll collaborate with UGC creators, brief editors, and report directly to leadership, with a clear path toward a senior role.
