I am going to be straight, if you are joining you will clearly see before and after The Growth Square.

We are hiring a Content Writer but not someone who only wants to just write- you won't fit here.

We are looking for someone curious enough to ask:

- Why did this post go viral?
- Why did this hook work?
- Why did this founder’s story convert?
- Why did this piece get saved, shared, or ignored?

You’ll learn how to build content that moves people and grows yourself as a content person and profiles.

I personally create 5–6 viral pieces every week across different clients, and the one thing I can promise is this:

The learning curve here is sharp and can be overwhelming if you are used to being comfortable with just writing but the work culture is supportive and the room to grow is very real.

If you’re a writer who wants to become a strategist, researcher, storyteller, and sharper thinker…we’d love to hear from you.

We are hiring ASAP.

LinkedIn Content Writer (Researcher-Writer)

Read this first

If your idea of LinkedIn writing is "Good morning everyone, here are 5 lessons," please don't apply.

We write LinkedIn content for founders and senior leaders that makes people stop scrolling and think, "This person is legit. This is sharp. This deserves a save."

If you love writing like that, keep reading.

About The Growth Square

The Growth Square builds personal brands for founders and senior leaders who actually have something worth saying.

Our clients are people building real companies, leading real teams, and shaping the conversations in their industries. Our job is to turn the way they think into content that builds authority and quietly attracts opportunity. So far that work spans more than 300 founders and executives and has generated over 500M views across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

We work across venture capital, finance, marketing, health, manufacturing, real estate, fashion, the creator economy, sustainability, and plenty more. You'll get a close, unfiltered look at how serious leaders think, decide, and communicate.

The Role

We're hiring a LinkedIn Researcher-Writer to build high-impact personal brand content for founders and senior leaders.

Your job is to help our clients sound credible without being performative, smart without being complicated, human without being corporate, and opinionated without being preachy. You'll research deeply, develop strong angles, and write structured LinkedIn posts that drive saves, shares, comments, inbound opportunities, and genuine authority.

This isn't content writing. This is thought leadership writing.

What you'll write

You'll write LinkedIn posts like founder stories covering wins, failures, and behind-the-scenes moments, business breakdowns, contrarian opinions, strategic lessons drawn from real work, hiring and leadership perspectives, market observations, and trend-backed insights.

Your output will directly shape how founders are perceived online. No pressure.

Your core responsibilities

1. Research for LinkedIn

You'll track what's trending across industries, study which formats are working right now and which are fading, consume long-form content like podcasts, interviews, essays, and newsletters, extract insights worth turning into posts, and build topic pipelines for clients.

2. Write high-performing content

You'll write three to six posts per week per client depending on workload, craft sharp hooks that earn attention without leaning on clickbait, build structure that keeps people reading because flow matters, write in a voice that feels human and confident, and never sound like ChatGPT. That last one is non-negotiable.

3. Turn founder thinking into content

You'll take messy voice notes, calls, and raw ideas and translate them into clean posts with punch, all while preserving the founder's tone, beliefs, and personality.

4. Edit, rewrite, refine

You'll collaborate with strategists and editors, rewrite quickly based on feedback, sharpen tone, pacing, clarity, and strength of opinion, and build consistency in voice across posts.

How we measure great work

Not by how pretty your writing is. Great work looks like posts that genuinely sound like they came from a real founder, writing that's structured and skimmable, hooks that are strong but never gimmicky, posts that trigger saves, shares, and comments, range across tones from humble to bold to reflective to sharp, and deadlines met without anyone having to chase you.

The reality of this role

This is a writing job, but research is the backbone. Your time will split roughly 40% research, 40% writing, and 20% rewrites and edits. The research part is non-negotiable. A LinkedIn writer without insight will always sound generic.

Who you are

You'll do well here if you genuinely enjoy LinkedIn, and yes, those people exist. You understand why posts go viral and why they flop. You can write with clarity, opinion, and emotion. You can simplify complex topics without dumbing them down. You can hold a call with a founder and walk away with their story. And you work with discipline, consistency, and real ownership.

Bonus points if

You already follow founders, operators, and investors on LinkedIn. You save posts and break down why they performed. You've written LinkedIn content before, whether for your own brand or a client's. And you're drawn to psychology, storytelling, and persuasion.

This role is not for you if

You dislike edits or take feedback personally, you need micromanagement to deliver, you default to generic motivational content, you'd rather skip research and "just write," or you struggle to stay consistent.

Our culture

We care about deadlines, high standards, radical honesty, ownership, fast learning, and high-quality output. We work hard, and we work with intent.

Also, yes, we're based in Indiranagar, so the team energy is high, the coffee is strong, and the opinions are stronger.
