We are seeking a specialist-level Content Strategist focused on engineering explosive audience growth through high-speed, algorithm-optimized, platform-native content. This role is built for someone who understands how to win short-form platforms by combining viral hooks, high-retention storytelling, cultural relevance, and real-time performance data. The ideal candidate is both creatively fearless and analytically sharp—someone who thrives on rapid testing, trend surfing, and iteration. You’ll be responsible for developing and scaling short-form content designed to stop the scroll, dominate feeds, and drive extreme reach and follower growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
🏙️ Remote 🏙️
✔️ 5–10 years of experience in content strategy, social media growth, or short-form content creation
✔️ Proven track record of driving rapid audience growth and engagement through platform-native content
✔️ Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms
✔️ Strong storytelling instincts with a focus on emotion, tension, and retention
✔️ Experience running rapid testing cycles and scaling top-performing formats
✔️ Comfortable interpreting performance data and making fast, informed creative decisions
✔️ Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or media partners
✔️ Remote
✔️ W2 Contract (40 hours/wk) for 3 months, potential to extend based on mutual fit
