We're growing our educational email agency quickly and need more pens on deck.

Position Summary

What we do

At the highest level, Letter Leverage exists to create high-leverage educational experiences that transform readers’ lives and turn prospects into customers and customers into superfans.

We do so by strategizing, writing, and optimizing world-class eduletters (educational newsletters) and educational email systems.

Mission of the role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To strategize which educational email course/newsletter needs to be written to drive optimal client results.
  • To ghostwrite educational newsletters and educational email courses.
  • To ghostwrite content that requires minimal edits & oversight.
  • To constantly measure and improve the quality of the content based on content performance.

Outcomes & responsibilities

Our goal as a company in 2025 is to create email systems that drive $50M+ in revenue for our clients. As a Ghostwriting Strategist, you produce and strategize the emails.

Your measurable contribution to the big-picture goal will be:

KPIs:

Email quality:

  • Email open rates consistently above 40% across client campaigns for newsletters, 50% for email courses
  • Click-through rates exceeding 7% on key conversion emails

Client experience:

  • Maintain 100% on-time delivery for all client email sequences
  • Zero client-requested revisions due to misalignment with brand voice or strategy
  • 100% accuracy in implementing client brand guidelines and strategic requirements

Output:

  • Responsible for ghostwriting high-quality emails
  • Responsible for working with results to improve the quality, resonance, and credibility of each email
  • Conduct, learn from, and iterate based on 1 weekly performance assessment per client
  • Responsible for edits based on client feedback.
  • Responsible for testing & owning the posting schedule of newsletters based on the pre-defined content schedule.

Time, Compensation, & Logistics

Time

  • This is a full-time, 40+ hours/week position.
  • Quality of output is more important than “hours worked.”
  • Be available to communicate through Slack from 9 AM to 6 PM daily (in your timezone).

The right person will:

  • Approach this role from an owner-mentality
  • Master our system with initial clients

  • Transition to full-time once we hit growth milestones together

  • This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere as long as your connection is great and your video setup is professional
