We're growing our educational email agency quickly and need more pens on deck.
4 reasons why you SHOULD NOT join:
1/ A lot will be expected from you from day 1, and you'll work at a high pace to learn fast. You have to be coachable and have high integrity.
2/ You'll join a fast-growing, sometimes chaotic writing agency. It won't be uneventful. You'll be expected to do what it takes to deliver results.
3/ The job might be pretty repetitive. You'll write a lot. Like A LOT. If you don't love writing, this isn't for you.
4/ You'll be working closely with Nils Liedlich and me. We don't have any management qualifications, and we will make mistakes along the way and learn with you.

5 reasons why you SHOULD:
1/ If you have insatiable curiosity, you'll love it. I learn more every week writing for our clients than I did in 3 years of college. Really.
2/ You'll get paid to write content for founders people pay $100,000+ to be coached by (get paid to learn)
3/ You have a path to increase your earnings because we pay base salary + 15% of revenue you produce.
4/ We're flexible with taking time off as long as you deliver your work and prove integrity. Just 2 weeks ago, I went trekking in the Himalayas for 10 days. You don't have to die grinding.
5/ We do client trips together and our team has travelled to Croatia, Spain and US for client events.

We're scaling rapidly, we just onboarded two new Writers and a Sales Lead last week and Nils Liedlich is leaving for the States today for client events and meetings.
Things are about to get busy, and we're hiring continuously. All to say that if you wanna go for it, go for it now.
