Content Marketing Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | Building Global Partnerships in Digital Health
At Nozomi, we work as an end-to-end consulting and execution partner to create digital health products that change patient behavior and improve measurable outcomes.We partner with healthcare organizations globally to design, validate, and scale digital products that impact real-world clinical and behavioral outcomes.
Primary Goal:
Take full ownership of content production and help create content that can scale and drive organic reach
π‘ What Youβll Do
Content & Social
- Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter) and other channels with a focus on reach and engagement
- Develop viral-first B2B content using strong hooks, formats, and distribution logic
- Turn internal expertise into clear, structured, high-quality posts
- Experiment with formats, angles, and narratives to grow visibility
Funnels & Audience Warm-up
- Build and support content funnels and nurture flows (from first touch to conversion)
- Align content with different stages of the funnel
- Work with simple conversion assets (lead magnets, landing content, sequences)
SEO & Long-Form Content
- Create and optimize SEO-driven content (articles, cases, pages)
- Structure content to capture and convert inbound traffic
Presentations & Sales Materials
- Create presentations, one-pagers, and decks for sales and partnerships
- Package complex ideas into clear and convincing narratives
- Support the team with content for external communication
Content System & Scaling
- Think in terms of content systems, not one-off postsIdentify and replicate high-performing content patterns

Must-Have
- Strong content creation skills (writing + structuring ideas)
- Strong AI skills (Claude, Perplexity, Higgsfield - very nice to have)
- Experience with B2B content (IT / digital products / services)
- Understanding of how content spreads, scales, and converts

- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging
