Apricot Studio is expanding π
1 ago, it was just me and Katarzyna Dziadek on board. Since then, we've grown to a core team of 8, with 30+ companies helped around the world.
Now we're entering a new stage: we're going agentic on our core offering, but with people still in charge.
That's why we're looking for more A-players to help us build the autonomous side where it makes sense, while keeping the personalised GTM service for our superstar clients.
We're opening 5 new roles for those who want ownership from day one, on a team that moves fast, learns a lot, and is superpowered by the best tools.

Apricot Studio is a B2B growth house working with scale-ups across the world.
This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. From the first month, you'll be inside live client engagements, working with the same tools and standards as the rest of the team.
We're looking for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants to learn faster than any classroom or corporate grad scheme could teach them. In six months with us you'll touch more top marketing than most juniors see in two years.
What you'll do
- Content support. Research, drafts, repurposing: turning a webinar into a LinkedIn post, a case study into an email, a blog into ten social snippets.
- Research. Prospect research before discovery calls, competitor teardowns, market scans, ICP digging. You'll learn how to find the insight that makes a campaign work.
- Campaign execution. Hands-on support across LinkedIn, email, and web: scheduling, publishing, tracking, reporting. The unglamorous 80% that makes the glamorous 20% possible.
- Marketing ops. Keeping HubSpot and Notion clean, building lists, tagging contacts, updating trackers. Small things done right, every time.
- Learning the AI stack. We run on Claude and a set of automation tools. You'll learn to work the way the industry is heading: AI-first, systems-minded, fast.
Who you are
- Hungry to learn. You ask questions, take feedback well, and come back with a better version. You'd rather be corrected today than average forever.
- AI-fluent. You've already used Claude. Bonus points if you can show us something you've automated or built.
- A decent writer already. You don't need to be polished. You need to write clearly and care about getting better. Show us anything you've written: a blog, a newsletter, posts, a school project you're proud of.
- Organised and reliable. When you say it'll be done Thursday, it's done Thursday.
- Warm and easy to work with. We're a small team and the energy we push forward matters. ;)
- Fluent in English and Polish.
Nice to have
- First experience in marketing: work gig, a student org, a side project, a small business you helped, your own audience anywhere.
- Familiarity with any of our stack: HubSpot, Notion, LinkedIn, Canva or Figma, Google Analytics, Framer, Weblow, SEM Rush etc.
- Your own experiments: a newsletter, a TikTok, a blog, a reel. Proof you make things and put them out there.
What we offer
- A great internship with a real path to a full-time role. We're hiring to grow the team, not to fill a summer.
- Fully remote across Europe. We meet in person a few times a year.
- You'll learn strategy, content, ops, and AI-first marketing from people doing it daily, not from a training deck.
- A kind, sharp team that ships awesome work for our great clients.
- A budget for learning and development.
