Concept Owner

I'm hiring a Concept Owner. Freelance, 6 months, hybrid. Sorry no recruiters.

We're building a financial wellbeing concept for people in their 20s. The belief behind it is simple: with the right tools and the right nudges, becoming a millionaire is more achievable than most people think. We've done the research. Now we're looking to prove it works.

The first 10 weeks are a structured proof of concept. Fast, AI-first, and focused on getting real answers from real users. If the concept flies, the role continues with it. And if not, we’ll pivot to a new concept.

What you'll be doing:
• Defining the product concept and user journey
• Rapid prototyping using AI-first tools
• Running customer testing with 20–29 year olds
• Helping make sense of what we find and what comes next

What we're looking for:
• 5-7 years in product, design or innovation
• You've worked in early-stage environments before
• You move fast and stay curious when things are still undefined, you thrive in ambiguity
• A genuine interest in financial wellbeing is a plus
