You like to write, have a good sense for brand, and can break down complex knowledge so people actually understand it? This role could be a good fit.

For our marketing team, we're looking for a mid-level Brand and Content Marketing Manager. You'll develop content together with us that looks and sounds like Code Gaia and builds trust in our brand and expertise.

Much of our content is one of the first touchpoints people have with Code Gaia. That's why it's important to us that it's not just factually correct, but also understandable, approachable, and visually consistent.

What you'll do

  • Develop content ideas from current market signals and common questions from our target audiences. In a monthly exchange with our Sustainability team, you'll pick up relevant expert knowledge and translate it into understandable content.
  • Create blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, website copy, and sales-enablement content, among other things.
  • Lead conversations with customers and turn them into credible case studies for our website and other channels.
  • Think about content multichannel: one topic can become a blog article, several LinkedIn posts, a newsletter, or a webinar.
  • Maintain content in WordPress and set up emails, forms, lists, and simple campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Analyze relevant content and campaign metrics and, together with the team, derive improvements from them.
  • Plan and support selected webinars, trade shows, and events — from communications through follow-up.

Who you are

  • Several years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or a comparable role
  • Very good written expression and genuine enjoyment of writing
  • A good sense for language, storytelling, tone, and brand impact
  • The ability to quickly grasp complex topics and make them understandable
  • Experience with different content formats and channels
  • A structured, reliable, and self-directed way of working
  • A thoughtful approach to AI tools: you use them sensibly, but can also develop and editorially judge content independently
  • Very good German and English skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Bricks, or ClickUp
  • A good eye for design and the ability to create simple visual assets for LinkedIn, webinars, or case studies with Canva
  • Experience with podcast editing, e.g. with Audacity or Riverside
  • Some experience with webinars, trade shows, or other events

What to expect

The role is positioned at mid-level. That means you'll independently steer your own topics and projects and take responsibility for reliable execution. At the same time, you're part of a team where we work on content together, discuss ideas, and support each other.

You don't have to develop our entire content strategy alone or execute every piece of content start to finish yourself. Cross-cutting priorities and strategic decisions are made together, or in coordination with the team lead.

We do want you to think along, ask good questions, spot opportunities for improvement, and actively drive your own topics forward. You don't just wait for finished briefs — you proactively reach out to the people whose knowledge or feedback you need for your work.

Content isn't created in a silo here. We develop ideas together, give each other feedback, and support one another. For your own topics, though, you take the editorial lead and make sure an idea becomes publication-ready content.

Code Gaia offers flexible, hybrid working models with a lot of ownership, input, and individual growth support. On top of that: modern work processes, a fair salary with room to grow, and regular team events for personal connection. All of this is carried by an impact-driven, climate-conscious team that lives its values day to day.
