The Role

We are hiring a Brand and Content Assistant to support research, drafting, and social visibility across client accounts.

This is a junior role for someone who is curious, organised, and unafraid of complex industries or senior-level thinking. You won’t be responsible for defining strategy, but you will need to understand it well enough to execute thoughtfully.

What you’ll actually do

• Research clients, industries, and events before writing anything.
• Read reports, interviews, and articles and turn them into sharp summaries.
• Draft posts from transcripts, voice notes, and outlines.
• Pull strong quotes and moments from panels and interviews.
• Format content properly for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure nothing quietly slips.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Monitor engagement and flag what matters.
• Support event and campaign execution when needed.
