We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager who can seamlessly integrate AI-driven content workflows with human-first editing and strategic SEO implementation. Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Content Development & Human Validation

  • Generate SEO-aligned content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) with rigorous human validation workflows.
  • Ensure accuracy, originality, natural readability, and compliance with Google’s Helpful Content & E-E-A-T principles.
  • Establish and refine human validation processes for quality control at scale.

2. Advanced Content Optimisation & AI Search Integration

  • Implement AI-driven content optimisation strategies: AIO (structuring for AI crawlers), LIO (visibility in AI-generated responses), AEO (targeting featured snippets & voice search), GEO (adapting content for ChatGPT & Google’s AI Overviews).
  • Apply semantic SEO techniques, including entity optimisation, topic modelling, and co-occurrence analysis.
  • Optimise content for user intent journeys and contextual keyword mapping.

3. Content Structure & Architecture

  • Mastery of H1–H6 heading structures for clarity and SEO impact.
  • Build scannable, structured, and conversion-oriented content architectures.
  • Use pyramid writing, topic clustering, and pillar–cluster models for maximum topical authority.

4. Anchor Text & Internal Linking Strategy

  • Create and enforce advanced anchor text frameworks: 5–10% exact match, 35–40% partial match, 20–25% branded, remainder across generic, LSI, and alt-text.
  • Monitor link velocity and competitor anchor text trends for alignment.

5. CTA & Conversion-Driven Content Strategy

  • Develop industry-specific CTA strategies balancing SEO requirements with conversion optimisation.
  • Integrate CTAs naturally into service pages, blogs, and lead-gen funnels.

6. FAQ Content Development

  • Build FAQ frameworks targeting featured snippets & conversational queries.
  • Map FAQs into topic clusters aligned with user journeys.

7. Surfer SEO Mastery

  • Leverage Surfer SEO at an advanced level for content gap analysis and optimisation.
  • Implement data-driven SEO strategies by reverse-engineering competitor ranking signals.

Required Skills & Experience

4–5+ years of content management & SEO-driven writing experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead AI + human hybrid content production workflows.

Advanced knowledge of semantic SEO, NLP applications, and structured content design.

Strong grasp of Surfer SEO, content analytics, and optimisation tools.

Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with the SEO team, writers, and developers.
