WooCommerce is an open, deeply integratable platform. Partners are core to our product, value prop, growth strategy, and revenue, this isn't a peripheral marketing motion.

You’d be driving co-marketing programming across:

…owning programs from strategy through execution. This looks like building campaign plans, writing briefs, shaping messaging, managing stakeholders, driving launches, reviewing performance, and generally making things happen without waiting around.

Overview:

Woo is looking for an experienced B2B campaign marketer to support global demand generation programs across strategic technology and channel partners. This contract role (30–40 hours/week) will help expand our capacity as we scale integrated campaigns, thought leadership, events, and co-marketing initiatives with partners like Stripe, Klaviyo, Google, PayPal, and beyond (new partnerships incoming πŸ‘€).Β Partner Marketing is an established team at WooCommerce with some exceptional players, and we need more hands.Β 

In this role, you’ll operate as a partner-facing campaign manager responsible for bringing integrated marketing programs to life from strategy through execution. You’ll work across demand generation, lifecycle, content, paid, events, and partnerships teams to launch campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and ultimately adoption of partner solutions within the WooCommerce ecosystem.Β 

You’ll partner closely with business development and integrated marketing to translate partnership priorities into scalable marketing programs with measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives owning campaigns end-to-end: shaping the strategy, aligning stakeholders, building the plan, driving execution, and reporting on performance.

This role requires a senior-level operator: someone who can independently manage partner relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and move programs forward with minimal oversight. We’re looking for a builder and executor β€” someone who knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that actually perform.

This is a role for a campaign manager who loves the idea of running integrated demand generation programs across revenue-generating partnerships with global brands.Β 

The scope:

  • Own integrated co-marketing campaigns across strategic technology and channel partners.
  • Build direct relationships with partners as a "partner marketing" account owner.Β 
  • Translate partner and internal priorities into campaign strategies, timelines, deliverables, and measurable goals.
  • Drive campaign execution across channels including content, lifecycle/email, webinars, virtual events, paid media, organic social, and IRL events.
  • Work cross-functionally with demand generation, content, creative, lifecycle, product marketing, events, and business development teams.
  • Develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, promotional plans, and reporting structures.
  • Partner with content and creative teams (and in some cases external agencies) to develop co-branded assets including landing pages, reports, webinars, email nurtures, case studies, paid creative, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support partner activations tied to industry events and tentpole moments (e.g. Shoptalk, Stripe Sessions, WordCamps, webinars, virtual summits).
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement, leads, pipeline influence, and adoption metrics.
  • Help establish repeatable campaign frameworks and scalable GTM playbooks across partnerships.
  • Bring ideas to the table. We’re looking for someone who sees opportunities, not just tasks.

Your expertise:

  • You’ve worked hands-on in B2B marketing for 8+ years, with strong experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, or partner marketing.
  • You know how to build and execute campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with technology, SaaS, ecommerce, or payments ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Experience with digital demand generation programs across paid media, lifecycle/email, content syndication, and partner distribution channels, with an understanding of how campaigns convert from awareness through pipeline.
  • WORLD CLASS project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to keep complex campaigns moving across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Equally happy building strategy and executing tactics, from shaping campaign narratives to writing briefs to reviewing performance data.
  • Interest and motivation to β€œdo it all,” from concepting and messaging through execution and reporting.
  • Strong instincts for content and thought leadership. If you think a campaign needs a benchmark report, webinar series, customer story, or executive POV piece to succeed, you know how to help shape it.
  • AI-enabled: you have experience using AI tools to build campaign planning, content development, research, and operational workflows. You know how to guide, refine, and elevate AI-assisted work.
  • Experience executing integrated campaigns across content, lifecycle, paid, events, and partnerships is highly valued.
  • You don’t wait, you move things forward.
  • Uncomfortable working without data to measure campaign performance and inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.
