If this sounds too good to be true, let me share how we got here.

Less than a year ago, Ryan Prunty and I founded an agency offering creative services to brands and creators. We think of ourselves as “growth partners” because a couple principles are important to us:

1. Grow tall, not wide
2. Offer tangible deliverables
3. Create the job we wanted

First, we work deeply with a select roster of quality clients rather than accepting as much work as possible. In the age of AI, anyone can be a generalist, but we believe real value comes from embedded, specialized experts.

Next, we get our hands dirty. We don't only exist in biweekly “touch bases.” We write scripts, edit thumbnails, lead workshops to educate creators, and more. Because at the end of the day, if the clients don’t have the means to implement our guidance, it’s worthless.

Our approach works: We have a 100% client retention rate because every client sees results.

But the last principle of “creating the job we want” was the biggest piece for me. I was coming off stints with large creators where I drove insane viewership and value. I wanted a role that would reward me proportionally. But it didn’t exist.

So we created a remote, flexible workforce. We don’t worship grind culture. For creatives, working 60hr weeks is a recipe to suck at what you do. Instead, we have sustainable systems that are fast, adaptable, overdeliver for clients, and still lead to our team members working under 40hrs a week.

We want to work with people who are not only the best at what they do, but also kind, curious, and passionate about doing what’s in the best interest of the content. And to attract those people, we needed to create the best job in the world.

So if YOU want to work when you want, where you want, and earn a proportional share of the company profits, reach out. But fair warning, we want to work with the best and will be very selective. You should have impressive creators on your resume and be able to share examples of high-performing work you’ve been a part of. While remote, US-based is preferred and being a native English speaker is essential.

We won’t overwork you, but the tradeoff is that every work product needs to be elite. You’ll write short-form and long-form across different clients, with a focus on IRL content. Quickly adapting to clients’ voices and formats is essential. You’re strong at interpreting analytics/retention data and could double as a strategist. You can explain the exact practices that lead to “good content” and the underlying audience psychology. Good writing is second nature to you, and you often wonder why other people struggle so much with it.
