- Knows how to write natural, high-converting scripts (not ChatGPT copy-paste)
- Understands the basics of paid ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Thinks in terms of performance, not just creativity

Compensation: Fixed payment + performance-based bonuses

Video Editor:

We need someone who:

- Understands paid ads style editing (hooks, pacing, retention)
- Is willing to learn, adapt, and test new formats
- Actually cares about making videos that convert, not just look “nice”
