Looking for someone who:

- Is extremely organized & diligent.

- Loves solving a variety of problems, and can think on the fly.

- Can demonstrate a degree of creative taste (not necessarily skills) in:
writing, storytelling, design, art, film, music etc.

- Has excellent conversational/people skills

- Understands, accepts, and is ready to face — head-on — the fact that effective use of AI will have to be a massive part of their work if they want to continue to grow and compete and thrive.
