Virtual Executive Assistant / Operations Support Human

Hiring this role feels both exciting and slightly terrifying 😅

But let’s face it, it’s time…

I’m looking for a part-time virtual executive assistant / operations support human to help me bring a bit more structure, calm and consistency into my world and business.

Someone proactive, organised, thoughtful, caring, grounded, structure-obsessed and genuinely great with people.

The kind of person who:

- thinks ahead

- spots what’s missing

- protects my calendar like a professional bodyguard

- chases invoices before I remember they exist

- genuinely cares about doing the right thing

- keeps travel/logistics from turning into chaos

- knows how to update and manage a CRM system

- can turn “mental confetti” into actual systems and action

- loves to delight customers

- comfortable with scheduling posts and newsletters

- and wants to grow alongside meaningful work

Heads up, I move quickly, have a lot of ideas, and occasionally try to fit 37 hours into a single afternoon…so I need someone with strong judgment, good energy and the confidence to help me stay focused on what actually matters.

Most importantly, I want someone aligned with the mission behind my work: to help leaders impact the world with their story.

Also, don’t get me wrong, I love AI and the opportunities it creates, but I’m not looking for someone who outsources all their thinking to it.

I know, I could probably create a customGPT or Project to do all of the above.

But I’d much rather hire an actual person.

I’m looking for someone who gets human connection, who cares about serving clients, who uses their judgment to make the right decision (especially when nobody is watching).

And yes, initiative still matter enormously to me.
