The role
You'll translate client briefs into concrete UGC ad concepts, write hooks and scripts, select creators from a pool of over 900, and oversee production quality for DTC brands in beauty, food, supplements, fashion, and health. Working fully remote or from offices in Cologne and Hamburg, you'll collaborate with media buyers, analytics, and account management while managing client communication and deriving learnings from creative data. This is a full-time position starting immediately, requiring fluent German and good English.
