We're hiring a Technical Writer at RZLT | REZOLUT. For 6 years we've been growing some of the best teams in tech, onboarding 10,000+ developers and builders through hackathons, workshops, and builder programs.

One thing became obvious: great technical writing compounds. The page that gets a developer to a working build is the same page that ranks on Google and gets cited when someone asks ChatGPT or Claude which tool to use. Clear docs are now a growth channel. And the best founders in tech have a voice their community recognizes instantly; capturing that voice in writing is a skill of its own. So we're bringing in someone who can do all three.

What you'll work on:

  • Docs, quickstarts and API tutorials that get developers to a working build fast.
  • Technical content built for SEO and AEO.
  • Long-form and LinkedIn content in founders' own voices.
  • Builder AMAs, showcases and launch content for startups in AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform intricate technical concepts into clear, concise, and developer-friendly content.
  • Research protocols, products, APIs, and technologies for accurate explanations.
  • Produce developer guides, tutorials, explainers, specifications, release notes, and sample code.
  • Write and maintain API documentation, integration guides, user manuals, and architecture docs.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, designers, and content teams.
  • Refine content through editing and proofreading for accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability.
  • Create short-form X/Twitter content from technical topics.
  • Maintain consistent publishing schedules.

You are a great fit if:

  • You've written docs or developer content for a startup or dev tool.
  • You know how developers read: they skim, they copy the code, they test everything.
  • You understand how search engines and LLMs surface content.
  • AI is part of how you work, and you know where your own judgment makes the difference.

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a Technical Writer or similar role in software/developer tooling.
  • Strong computer science or software engineering background.
  • Hands-on experience with and a strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with API references and technical specifications.
  • GitHub and version control proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Docusaurus, GitBook, or Read the Docs.
  • SEO knowledge and keyword research skills.
  • Excellent written English with a precision focus.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm CET. Remote.
