Technical AI Operations Generalist
OwnerWe're opening up a new role and I don't quite know what to call it.
I'm looking for someone working in product / engineering / product ops who wants to build tools to accelerate release velocity.
Think: internal tooling, AI driven documentation systems and approval workflows. The systems that helps great engineers ship faster. When we build something, does it have the right docs? Did it go through the right review? That's the job. Building the machine that builds the machine.
The ideal candidate is AI native, writes code, has good product sense and is obsessed with finding minimum viable process. Somewhat uniquely while we usually only hire PMs at Senior - for this role I'd hire anywhere from 1-10 years of experience. I'd prefer to hire SF based and excited to work with me in our presidio office, but open to truly great people anywhere.
